My Joyful Menopause Plan is a personal mentoring service tailored to support you through the challenges of menopause. Together, we’ll identify where small (or significant!) changes can improve your physical and mental wellbeing and guide you through the first steps of implementing these changes.
Before our session, you’ll complete a brief form that gives me a snapshot of your overall wellbeing and the specific areas you find challenging. This will allow me to fully prepare for our initial 90-minute consultation.
Our meeting can take place either in person or virtually depending on your location. During the session, areas of discussion will include:
By the end of our session, we’ll focus on the specific areas you’d most like to improve, and I’ll offer guidance on how to get started.
After the consultation, I’ll provide you with a detailed My Joyful Menopause Plan, summarising the key points we discussed. This plan will include practical steps for improving your health and wellbeing, as well as references to helpful resources or sign posting to other health specialists.
Six to twelve weeks later, we will have a 30-minute follow-up session—either in person or online—where we will review your progress, address any challenges, and adjust the plan as needed to ensure you continue moving forward...
For clients who would find a more regular mentoring session beneficial, I offer a package of 4 x 45-minute sessions to provide regular check-ins, support, and adjustments as you progress on your journey to better health during menopause.
